Thailand’s budget beach resort Pattaya (otherwise known as Sin City), has a vibrant nightlife scene, especially on and around the Walking Street area. Generally speaking, the go-go bars in Pattaya are cheaper than those in Bangkok. Furthermore, the majority of the go-go girls are fun-loving creatures of the night. And, if fun ‘n’ frolics is what you are looking for, then you are in the right place.
Pattaya might not exactly be your cup of coffee, but there are two sides to this popular seaside resort. I dare say that Jomtien is possibly classed as the ‘posh’ side, whereas most of Pattaya consists of an eccentric mix of girly bars, pubs, clubs, shops, restaurants, hotels and the inevitable assortment of hawkers and tourist traps. Pattaya is the place to party, but it can be very in your face, so you should be prepared for that.
