  1. Gordon Wood says:

The Pickled Liver is one of the best-kept secrets in Bangkok. It really is one of those unique meeting places where the people you meet become friends for life, even if you only go there once, once in a while or once or twice a week.

As a go-to place for so many of us to meet and enjoy being entertained, playing pool, enjoying quiz nights and so much more; And where you can get a great meal anytime even when everywhere else is closed, why would we want that to stop?

I have a feeling all that The Pickled Liver needs to remain one of the best-kept secrets in Bangkok is to just tell everybody to add it to their habit and tell Nick to keep it open.

Where else can you find such a welcoming oasis and refuge to relax in? And where else better to do that than in the heart of the nightlife down the end of Sukhumvit 7/1, where you find old and new friends and no one bothers you. Hope to see you there soon.

  2. Well said Gordon, I agree with what you wrote. You certainly do not have to convince me, I have known Nick for the best part of 20 years.

As a marketing specialist, I will say that venues really need a good marketing strategy and also, a good customer care policy.

This especially applies with tough locations, such as the Pickled Liver Pub being situated at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 7/1
