Photo Of The Day – Angkor Wat

Wednesday, April 1st, 2009

This photogragh is a stunning image of Angkor Wat, which if you were not aware is located in Siem Reap, Cambodia. You can view hundreds, if not thousands of ordinary snapshots of Angkor Wat. But, the question is, do they do such a prestigious ancient temple any justice? This image, I believe most certainly does. Mingled with artistic impression, the view through the trees helps to emphasise the skyline, which provides a perfect backdrop.
